Booking Fees

  • Nightly Rate - $159

    • 2-night minimum during slow season

    • 3-night minimum during peak season and select weekends

  • Cleaning Fee - $100/ one-time fee

  • Pet Fee - $150/ one-time fee

    • non-refundable

  • Taxes - 13% of all fees

    • 7% State of Florida Tax

    • 6% Nassau County & Fernandina Beach Taxes
